Lake Victoria Serena Resort Loves Weddings!

When Lt. Col Robert and Mrs. Margaret Sekidde of Seroma LTD celebrated their Silver Jubilee a few weeks ago, they chose Lake Victoria Serena Hotel to host their one thousand and five hundred guests! Top dignitaries from all over East Africa graced their matrimonial celebration in the Roman inspired Colosseum. It was all dance, laughter, anecdotes of what has kept their marriage strong.

With the capacity to hold such a vast number of guests, Lake Victoria Serena Hotel’s Colosseum is fast becoming a favorite when it comes to hosting dream weddings, private parties and product launches.

That very evening, another wedding reception was being held in the upper gardens just below the panoramic terraces. It hosted five hundred guests. I guess one would worry that the speeches and the music from either event would interfere with the other event but that’s not the case at all.

Because the Lake Victoria Serena Resort is on such a huge property, overnight guests are rest assured that the festivities don’t reach their rooms.
